A Family-Owned Event Venue in Provo, Utah
From Pumpkin Farm to Event Venue
Welcome to the 9 Acres Family. For more than 75 years, our family has called this beautiful piece of Provo home. It began in the early 1950s when Barry's father built a successful dairy farm here. Barry eventually took over, growing sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, and more for families and grocery stores throughout Utah.
But through every chapter, this land has always been about more than farming. It has been about family and bringing people together.
Our home became known asthe "party house," filled with holidays, celebrations, family gatherings, and even weddings in the backyard. When we began thinking about the future of the farm, we wanted to create something that would keep our family together while allowing us to share this special place with others.
That dream became 9 Acres Event Barn.
Today, when you arrive at 9 Acres, you'll travel through our family's horse ranch and down a beautiful 900-foot tree-lined lane before arriving at the barn. You'll be surrounded by horses, animals, open space, and beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains.
Our vision has always been simple: to create a place of rustic elegance where people feel welcomed, cared for, and at home.
We believe in kindness, honesty, hard work, and treating people with love and respect. We want to be more than the place where your event happens. We want to be part of making it everything you hoped it would be.
Guests often tell us, "There's a special feeling here." We feel it too.
When you celebrate your wedding, quinceañera, corporate event, or special occasion at 9 Acres, you're not simply choosing a venue. You're being welcomed into the 9 Acres family.
From our family to yours, it's an honor to share these nine acres with you.
